Hey there! I'm Michael Regier, a laid-back guy born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada.

Former web developer for several years, then decided to go back to school. After getting my degree in psychology from the University of Manitoba, I packed my bags for an incredible several month trip in South East Asia.

Now, I'm living it up in Shanxi, working as an English teacher. When I'm not helping students navigate the intricacies of the English language, you can find me looking for the hidden gems in China, or picking up weights and putting them down again at the gym.
